CyberCount is not responsible for the accuracy of measurement as the structure of internet is such that some hits may not be recognised by CyberCount.

CyberCount is not responsible for any damage to your web-site caused by an incorrect implementation of the supplied HTML code.

Use of CyberCount is at the risk of web site owners/masters, with no warranties expressed or implied.

CyberCount is not available for adult web sites or web sites that are promoting racism, hatred, pornography of any kind or any other illegal activity. This restriction applies to web sites having links to these prohibited sites.

Users of free CyberCount service is obligated to put the mandatory advt. banner(size 648 x 60 pixel) in a prominent place of their web page where the counter is used. For sample banner click here. The advt. banner may be from any of  the sponsers of CyberCount. Though CyberCount is very selective about the sponsors and their advt. banners, it is not responsible in any way for the contents of the banners.

CyberCount reserves the right to remove the counter for any violation of the above terms with or without notice. The above terms may be altered by CyberCount from time to time.
